What is Pocket Landline?
It’s a landline number for your business that points to your mobile. Customers dial the landline number, and you receive their calls on your mobile.
Which plan should I choose?
Pocket Landline is for receiving calls. Plus adds outgoing calls to UK landlines and mobiles and includes a Cisco Webex app for your smartphone or laptop. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll help you decide.
Can I bring my existing number?
Number transfer is available. Contact us before ordering so we can check your number and arrange the transfer.
Do I need an app?
The standard plan points your landline number at your mobile. Plus includes the Cisco Webex app, which needs to be downloaded to your smartphone or laptop.
What happens after I order?
For the standard plan, complete the order form and Direct Debit details. We then activate your number and email it to you. For Plus, submit your details and we’ll contact you to complete the contract and send the app download link.
What is the contract term?
Plus has an initial 90-day term, followed by 30-day rolling terms. For the standard plan’s current terms, contact our team before ordering.
Are international calls included with Plus?
The current Plus offer advertises international calls. Speak to us to confirm the included destinations and any applicable usage conditions before ordering.
