Facebook Adverts

Energy Bill Data Collected

When you submit your energy bills to us, we collect personal information from you to fulfil the analysis. We may collect information like your:

  • Latest Energy Bill

We share this information with Blizzard Utilities, our provider, so that they can provide analysis and we can provide you with your energy comparison results.

We (Voot Telecom Limited) keep this information for a period of 7 days, after which your information is permanently deleted. Blizzard Utilities will not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not share your bill data with any other third party organisations.

What emails will you receive from us?

We will send you a service email that is neccessary to deliver the service we've promised - providing you with free, no-obligation quote comparisons. This email is a neccessary part of our service so we do not provide an opt-out option but rest assured, we'll only send you one email to provide you with your results. Should you proceed with our service, we will send another service email to you at the time of renewal.

Marketing Emails

We only send marketing emails to people who have consented to receiving them by opting in via our contact form. You can easily opt out of these emails by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at hello@voot.org with "Unsubscribe" in the subject box. If you have not engaged (either by opening a marketing email or following on a link within) with a marketing email within two years, you will automatically be removed from our marketing.

What rights you have over your data
